1:1 Build Successful Relationships
Bring our “A” Game Everyday
AIM ACT ACHIEVE…TOGETHER
- Provide intense instructional and psycho-social support for our most academically fragile students (Economically Disadvantaged, SPED, LEP).
- Create a learning environment in every classroom where relationships are strong, instruction is purposeful and engaging, and continuous improvement and goal setting are valued.
- Optimize student achievement in every classroom by increasing the depth and rigor of instruction and planning for active student engagement.
- Utilize campus, district and state assessment data to adjust instruction and improve student achievement.
- Implement Lead4Ward processes and support systems to analyze assessment data, prioritize student learning, and build leadership capacity within our professional learning communities.
- Provide a safe and secure learning environment for students.
- Meet all state and federal requirements.
- Use State Compensatory Education funds appropriately to reduce the dropout rate and to enable at-risk students to succeed with the core curriculum.
